Jus to share some of my make up tips...
The Correct way of using:

1) Lip liner: most ppl use d lip liner to draw d outline of the lip well which is theoretically correct but practically it is suppose to color ur whole lip. it is very obvious if u r wearing d bright red color n after u eat ur lipstick will b gone wats left is ur lip liner, i'm sure u dun wan to b seen wearing an "outlined" lip after u eat/drink.

2) Eyelashes curler: again most ppl use it by pressing it for a few sec n let it go. d correct way is actually start pressing from d most inner part of d lashes then slowly moved outward. so d effect will turn out to b perfect smooth up curl not a 90 deg angle curl.

3)4 step for perfect base: Make up base> liq foundation> concealer> loose powder

4)something abt 2 way cake: hope everyone noes tat 2 way cake means it can b use either wet or dry. To use it wet means it act as a liq foundation jus simply wet ur sponge. Then u use a dry sponge n use as a normal powder foundation tis way u will get a high coverage enuff to stay on for 8 hrs...

5)basic eyeshadows color: try to use min.2 shades of colours. darker color for ur eye lid then d lighter color (prf white, silver) or gliter for d area jus below ur eyebrow.

Recom for foundation: Lancome photogenic (i think tis will suit best for cosplayers cos there will d lots of ppl taking photos of u n u dun wan to appear too fair in d photo than d normal) price shld b abv $70 if i not wrong

for concealer: u can try Red Earth, they sell 3 colours of concealer green, yellow, pink or u can try loreal AirWear

for lip: try d Lancome primordiale lip care. D best ever product for ur lips

Oops sorry if its too long got carried away... hope it is useful
