Videogame releases get delayed all the time, and usually for good reason, whether it’s to fix bugs or ensure the retail chains get their copies on time. Persona 4 Arena, however, is getting its release date in Japan pushed forward by a week, from August 2 to July 26.
Just one more reason why this game is so kick-a**.
In case you haven’t been following our coverage on this title, Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena is a fighting game for PS3 and Xbox 360 featuring characters from Persona 4 as well as 3, and an extensive story mode that takes place several months after the epilogue in P4. There’s tons of extra content not found in the arcade version, which has been out in Japan since March 1, as well.
