Gotta catch ‘em all, regional style!
Starting this season until March 2013, all Pokemon Center retail stores in Japan are selling limited edition regional Pokemon merchandise. Pikachu, Meowth, Eevee and Oshawott pose with a famous item that a particular region has.
These Pokemon Center stores are located in Hokkaido, Sendai, Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka. The famous Pokemon characters are printed on different items including the following:
Earphone Jack Accessory – 609 JPY (7.24 USD)
Beaded mobile phone charm – 525 JPY (6.24 USD)
Socks – 420 JPY (4.99 USD)
Small towel – 525 JPY (6.24 USD)
Ballpen – 630 JPY (7.49 USD)
There are prints such as Oshawott in a ramen, Pikachu with an Okonomiyaki, Meowth eating a Japanese melon and Eevee holding an ebi fry.
So if you’re a Pokemon fan visiting Japan within the said period, don’t forget to stop by a Pokemon Center to get these goodies!
