Koda Kuma Cover Album Koda Kumi to release a cover album for commemorating her 13th anniversary in the recording industry this year

Koda Kumi’s lucky number is one that’s usually considered unlucky: 13. She was born on November 13. And on top of that, her music career’s 13th anniversary falls on this year, 2013!

To celebrate her 13th anniversary in the Japanese music industry, the ero-kakkoii (sexy-cool) icon will be launching her second cover album on February 27. We have yet to hear the title of this upcoming release, but the track listing information is already out. In addition, the singer herself has revealed that it has an “entertainment cover album” concept. “I widened the selection of music and challenged myself to various tastes of arrangements,” says the Jpop singer.

The cover album is to be launched two in regular editions (CD-only and CD with DVD) and a limited edition (DVD and photo booklet included).
