For a limited time period while stocks last, Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong is making available an enhanced Soul Sacrifice Premium Bundle that comes with a physical copy of Soul Sacrifice (English version) along with a 16GB memory card. Price? S$439 (US$356.34).
If you’ve been waiting for a killer app to get a PS Vita for, Soul Sacrifice could be it – it’s been touted as one of the platform’s biggest releases this year.
For those of you who already own a PS Vita, a hard copy of the game can be picked up at all good video game retailers in Singapore on May 2 for S$54.90. Alternatively, a digitally released version of the game can also be purchased from the PlayStation store for S$44.90.
The Soul Sacrifice Premium Edition (English version) is easily the best PS Vita bundle I’ve seen released in Asia yet.
Of course, previously there had already been a Soul Sacrifice Premium Edition bundle, released back in March in Japan and other Asian markets. But that one only featured a 4GB memory card. And, well, the game was in Japanese.
But what’s amazing about the new bundle is that even though it now comes with the English version, Asia is the only region to get it.
In fact, the only other region to receive a Soul Sacrifice (English version) bundle is France. And theirs is quite different (read: worse) than ours.
Can you spot the difference?
Apart from the exterior of the PS Vita unit itself, the bundle available in France does not come with a physical copy of Soul Sacrifice. Instead, gamers there receive a voucher to download the game from PSN.
The new Soul Sacrifice Premium Edition bundle will be available in Asia beginning May 2.
