Index and Railgun fans have long wished for the animated versions of I.T.E.M. to finally appear. The first season of Railgun merely gave us a teaser with a certain yandere Level 5, a mad bomber, a happy-go-lucky assassin and a lethargic esper appearing for a few seconds in the Level Upper Arc. Now, the long wait is over as the voice cast is now officially announced!

Let’s start with the one and only Mugino Shizuri. She is the #4 Level 5, also known as the Meltdowner with the ability to manipulate and fire electrons as well as melt anything with her ability. She will be voiced by Koshimizu Ami who has voiced Kallen Stradtfeld from Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion, Nina Wang from mai Otome and Amagi Yukiko from Persona 4: the animation.

The role of level 4 powerhouse Kinohata Saiai will be voiced by Akasaki Chinatsu. She has voiced Nibutani Shinka from Chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai! and Harusaki Chiwa from Ore no Kanojo to osananajimi ga shuraba sugiru.

The role of mad bombing foreigner Frenda Seivelun will be voiced by Uchida Maaya. She is known for voicing Takanashi Rika from Chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai!, Kuroki Rei from Vividred Operation, Sanka Rea from Sankarea and Amatsuka Mao from GJ-Bu.

And finally, the ever-so lethargic tracker of the team, the Level 4 Takitsubo Rikou will be voiced by Suzaki Aya. She is known for providing the voices of Tamako Market’s Kitashirakawa Tamako and Hentai Ouji’s Moriya.

Also announced are the details for To Aru Majutsu no Index: Miracle of Endymion’s Blu-Ray and DVD release. There would be three discs included which are two Blu-Ray discs and one cd. The CD would contain the movie soundtrack. Included in the DVD is the Dubbing Script, Audio Commentary and a behind the scenes look at the making of the movie.

The box’s artwork is done by Imura Kiyota and the price would be 10,290 yen. The release date for the special edition Blu-Ray is August 28, 2013, Japan time.
