Following the 2012 exhibition held in Sendai and Tokyo, Hirohiko Araki’s upcoming JoJo Art Exhibition will be held in Italy.
Hirohiko Araki’s official site had announced that the art exhibition, titled “HIROHIKO ARAKI AN EXCLUSIVE MANGA EXHIBITION IN FLORENCE” will be held in aforementioned captial city of Italy. The venue will be at a historic building built in the 15th century, which is owned and used as a workshop by Guccio Gucci.
The Florence exhibition, sponsered by Gucci, will not only showcase artworks from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, but also the 2013 Cruise Collection (a original illustrated collabration of Araki and Gucci’s Creative Director, Frida Giannini, early this year), and 60 illustration works of Araki, including the arts from the 2012 Sendai and Tokyo exhibitions (which is held to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the JoJo manga series).
