Imagine if your teacher teaching is a weird looking octopus-like alien. Next, imagine if that teacher is a powerful being responsible for destroying 70% of the moon and can move to speeds up to mach-20. Lastly, imagine if your teacher teaches you ways on how to successfully assassinate him, and you and your classmates have to assassinate him before the year ends or their teacher destroys the planet.
Now, Weekly Shounen Jump! is announcing that their popular manga, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, will have an exclusive event-only anime. The anime will be exclusively screened during their Jump Super Anime Tour 2013 which will travel five Japanese cities from October 6 to November 24. (For more stories on Shounen Jump, click here)
Ansatsu Kyoushitsu is a popular comedy manga by Yusei Matsui about Kunugigaoka Middle School’s special class 3-E who must assassinate their powerful alien teacher before the year ends or the Earth will be destroyed. The manga started its serialization in Shueisha’s Weekly Shounen Jump in 2012 and has now become one of the magazine’s most popular mangas.
Besides the event-exclusive Ansatsu Kyoushitsu anime, the magazine also announced they will also be screening another event exclusive; An original Naruto Shippuden anime story. Jump teases its readers that this event-exclusive Naruto anime will have an “unbelievable appearance of a certain popular character”.
The event will also showcase and promote Kuroko no Basket’s second season as well as give fans a preview of the much awaited Nisekoi anime.
Nisekoi will be directed by Bakemonogatari director Akiyuki Shinbo and will showcase the voices of Kana Hanazawa (Oreimo‘s Kuroneko and Infinite Stratos‘s Charlotte Dunois) as Kosaki Onodera , Nao Touyama (Maoyu Maou-Sama‘s Chiho) as Chitoge Kirisaki, and Kouki Uchiyama (Infinite Stratos‘s Ichika Orimura) as Raku Ichijou.
