The cafe is a result of a collaboration between Oz cafe and Bandai Namco’s upcoming RPG game Dark Souls II. This limited-time cafe features a medieval theme which captures the feel of the video games. Weapons, armor, chests, a bonfire, some mysterious messages and a map are all part of the cafe’s theme and truly brings out Dark Souls II’s dark fantasy appeal.

A clerk cosplaying as Anastacia of Astora even greets the guests. Anastacia of Astora is the mute fire keeper from the game.

Speaking of cosplay, guests can even put on a costume to complete the Dark Souls experience.

This special collaboration cafe is to promote the upcoming Dark Souls II video game for the PC, Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 so on opening night, the cafe showed the video game’s latest trailer to the delight of the restaurant guests. The game will be released March 11, 2014 for North America, March 13, 2014 for Japan and March 14, 2014 for Europe.

The food being served by the cafe includes cuisine inspired by the game including roasted mushroom people, a 500 mL bottle of Est and many more.

The cafe is open seven days a week and will be open from 6:00 pm until 4:00 am from Mondays- Saturdays and only until 11:00 pm on Sundays.
