Nissin Cup Noodles revealed its latest anime collaboration, and its with Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli’s classic anime movie, Kiki’s Delivery Service. They featured an ad which re-imagines Kiki and Tombo as 17-year olds, as they do a few Japanese high school cliches. Oh, and watch until the ending because some shippers will love it.

Yes folks, she confessed! This ad is all part of Nissin’s Hungry Days campaign, which of course focuses on “Youth”. Well, looks like Kiki and Tombo are enjoying their youth in this ad.

The ad is also an all-star collaboration of sorts. It features the song “Kinen Satsuei” by Bump of Chicken, and Yuuki Kaji voicing Tombo, while Minami Hamabe voices Kiki. Chocolat mangaka, Eisaku Kubonouchi designed the characters.

Well, at least they aren’t from Final Fantasy XV this time, right?
