Like his fellow-4th Wall Breaker, Deadpool, Gintoki has been known to steal some moves that aren’t from his series. And while Deadpool has shown that he can steal the Shoryuken from Street Fighter characters, Gintoki has taken Goku’s signature Kamehameha. Now, the silver-haired samurai with a perm has showed off that Dragon Ball-inspired move in a new PV for the upcoming Gintama Rumble video game.
Yeah, a Kamehameha would totally be something that Gintoki would do! The video also introduces some of the game’s playable characters, as well as several bosses that players would have to fight against in the course of the game.
Gintama Rumble will be hitting Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand on the same day as Japan, which will be on January 18, 2017. This Southeast Asian edition of Gintama Rumble will feature Japanese audio with English texts. It will be available for the PS4 and PS Vita platforms.
