If an anime is popular enough, it might get its own video game. And since saying that My Hero Academia is very popular is a huge understatement, the shounen series is getting one. Weekly Shounen Jump’s first issue for 2018 has revealed that Bandai Namco Games is making a My Hero Academia video game. Titled My Hero Academia: One’s Justice, Bandai Namco will release the game for both the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch.
The magazine also confirmed that Deku, All Might, Tomura Shigararaki, and One For All will be part of the game. The announcement describes it as a “Battle Action Game.”
Meanwhile, the staff will reveal more details during the Jump Festa event, which happens from December 16-17. Specifically, the Bandai Namco and Banpresto Booth will be featuring the game itself. The booth will even debut the game’s trailer!
Bandai Namco has a knack of releasing an Asian version for Southeast Asia around the same time as the Japanese release. However, they haven’t revealed if there will be an Asian version as of the moment. It looks like we would have to wait a little while for the announcement, huh? So, are you guys excited for a My Hero Academia game? We surely are!
