It's the part where Sephiroth fought against Squall in a one on one swordfight at the time of 4:00 to 4:05 secs, and begun to slash his opponent at 4:06 to 4:07 secs (on that part, in a split secs, a blurred figure is seen evading Sephiroth's attack and appear below his right arm, thus a blonde spiky hair is shown, before the scene of the villains at the Chaos Shrine, occurs.)

UPDATES:
The main hero and the main villain of Final Fantasy V, Bartz Klauser & Exdeath, has been confirmed. ^ ^
The design of Bartz is similar to Amano's artwork in which his clothes is based (See my previous post for his artwork pic) but his hair colour is based on his sprite version in the Advance version of FF V. For Exdeath, his design is totally the same as Amano's. ^ ^
The area they fought, as I said it again, is the Dimension Castle, on the Interdimensional Rift (It was earlier confirmed in the DK Sigma 3713 trailer, where Tidus having a conversation with Squall) Also, I can confirm that the figure appeared near the end of the trailer is indeed Bartz, judging the gloves he wears, along with the white and blue stockings.
And Square has updated the 'System' Section in the Dissidia website, with a 'How To Play' vid battle demonstration with two parts, one explains the Brave Points and the other, the HP Points.

Looks like all the villains has been confirmed, now what's left is the heroine of FF VI and the hero of FF VII, since TGS 2008 is on Oct 9 to Oct 12 in Japan, maybe both Terra and Cloud will be unveiled to the world in a new trailer, perhaps? Let's hope so. ^ ^
