Totally. Some people need to see that this event actually creates opportunity for participants, to interact, to share and to learn, rather than..well, something else.

Anyway, this was my first EOY ever since I joined SGCafe..I was brought into SGCafe only during EOY last year, and words can't express it, but I really thank you guys for everything. Everything.

To find people who can replace the current members isn't easy, lots of passion plus a good PR personnel and lots of contacts to make things happen. (yeah lots of ways to get contacts, i find this crucial in events).
And seriously speaking how many with the above ability is still free and willing to be free to contribute without terms and conditions and pay.... C'mon u and I aint holy man...
LEt things settle for a while, then i'm sure some of us will make it happen again, at the right time.

I was alerted by a friend who found this thread about STAC's possible end... (note that I used the word 'possible end' because I am still in denial hahahah) and I found this thread. It's hard for me to believe but now that I found this thread, I somehow have problems accepting this fact...

I am completely shocked by this news. I just can't believe that this wonderful annual event (especially EOY) is facing a closure. But if this must happen, I am glad that through the annual EOY events, I've made wonderful friends as well as memories.
