Sorry!!!! due to my lack of lunch, some of your avatars might have been accidentally converted to pngs and thus become missing. how to fix: upload it again or go to User CP, Edit Avatar, take note of your old avatar url (right click the broken image and view properties look for e.g. "http://sgcafe.com/customavatars/avatar15985_1.gif") and change the .gif to .png, enter in Option 1 and save
