Apparently it was my own confusion - the wig has long been passed to Oliver (the original lender) to return to you, since he lives in Tampines.

I mentioned to him that I helped him to collect it, but it will be his responsibility as the original lender to return it to you personally.

He has mentioned he tried to get you via sms to get your address / meetup, but gotten no reply.
He has your wig... It has been awhile that I placed that responsibility to him that I mistook this other wig in my own box for being yours, and misled you to think I always had it with me.
