If the shop owner have the details to cover themselves, they might even be able to counter-sue u for slander coz this definately affects the shop's reputation and sales. Be-careful, u might be threading on dangerous waters.

Umm... Miwitch, thanks for sharing that. When I'm desperate, I can't think properly. It was only when he brought FF Anthology in that I realised it was a trick. Besides, I was alone, so no one could look out for me then. Like I said, I checked out a different shop at SLS. FF 9 had the price label stating $58.60, so the price wasn't made up by me. But after checking out SeowChoon.com, supposedly their supplier, I have to agree, $59 doesn't cut it, not when SeowChoon sells it at $39. Wish I had checked SeowChoon before checking SLS... What I worry about is that when they don't fear CASE, they also don't fear rejecting their arguments and/or lying their way out of the situation. But all I want is a refund of my $169. My friend was even telling me to go to Small Claims Tribunal. I want my $169 back, but would it go so far as to bring this matter to court? Maybe I will... And whether you'd believe me or not, well...if the SLS regulars happen to be there again, can I ask for their help, to check out the price of FFT and FF7? Their availability first, then their prices. I couldn't find any of the shops selling FFT and FF7 at the date of 17/08/2006.

FFT I don't know. But I see FF7 and FF8 "EA Classics" boxes flooding Challenger. Court: 1. You have witness? 2. Proof? So the first thing you do is find CASE. FF9 selling at $59? Kiss my ass. If what you're saying is truw, that shop can be incinerated. |
