The forum was created to consolidate threads discussing about the current situation. The Fansub forum has been used for this purpose previously but is now cluttered with a mix of fansub discussions (if still any).

Restating my stand, I do not feel there is any issue discussing fansubs but obviously people are worried of being associated with the Fansub forum thus posting much less than before. I may consider merging the Anime and Fansub forum after monitoring the situation after this new forum has setup (ODEX threads in Fansub forum are updated too fast).

When this whole thing is over (if it ever is), I'll merge this forum back into Fansub or Anime. For the meantime, it'll be on its own.
