Academy picnic-ish outing[/B]
Venue: Marina barrage, Chinese/Japanese gardens, ECP and Botanic gardens.
Time: noon-ish
Date: 13th - 21st March 2010

Lunch Menu (Decided! =3):
Appetiser French bread with a cream cheese and garlic spread
Main course Chicken in Cream Sauce with pasta
Dessert Panna Cotta and Mango pudding
Amount to be paid per person (calculated after Kazuo decides on the menu): TBA soon

Additional notes (to bring):
- Plastic plates (you DON'T want take some 4 pieces of food with your bare hands and eat just like that)
- plastic cups (unless you drinking from your own personal bottle)
- drinks (nobody is to stupidly die of dehydration )
- Big picnic mat!
- - more to be added once venue is confirmed -

Bringing this forward so no one forgets AGAIN! Menu has been decided by yours truly. What you see is what you get.

I need some things by you guys.
FIRST!
I NEED PPL TO CONFIRM! This is so i can estimate prices. My total calculations tell me at LEAST$15 per person
SECOND!!
I NEED PPL TO TELL ME WHEN EVERYONE IS FREE!!! I suggest the wednesday of the hols so we can all go out into the hot sun. >D
THIRD!!!
I NEED PPL TO BRING STUFF FOR THE PICNIC! And i need those ppl to tell me what they bringing. Refer to additional notes.
FINALLY
I NEED PPL TO CONFIRM IF THEY CAN GO!!!! i CANNOT emphasise this more.
