Some fans claim that they saw a blurred figure, seemingly evading Sephiroth's attack in a fast motion and appears below his right arm, of what appears to be a spiky blonde hair (Cloud?), at a split second. Pausing and step by step slow motioning the part, results in seeing it. I'll try to post the pic later.

Cool! Great job that guy did. Definitely looks like Amano's render of Terra in that pic ^^

UPDATES:
The main hero and the main villain of Final Fantasy V, Bartz Klauser & Exdeath, has been confirmed. ^ ^

The design of Bartz is similar to Amano's artwork in which his clothes is based (See my previous post for his artwork pic) but his hair colour is based on his sprite version in the Advance version of FF V. For Exdeath, his design is totally the same as Amano's. ^ ^

The area they fought, as I said it again, is the Dimension Castle, on the Interdimensional Rift (It was earlier confirmed in the DK Sigma 3713 trailer, where Tidus having a conversation with Squall) Also, I can confirm that the figure appeared near the end of the trailer is indeed Bartz, judging the gloves he wears, along with the white and blue stockings.

And Square has updated the 'System' Section in the Dissidia website, with a 'How To Play' vid battle demonstration with two parts, one explains the Brave Points and the other, the HP Points.

Looks like all the villains has been confirmed, now what's left is the heroine of FF VI and the hero of FF VII, since TGS 2008 is on Oct 9 to Oct 12 in Japan, maybe both Terra and Cloud will be unveiled to the world in a new trailer, perhaps? Let's hope so. ^ ^

YES, I knew that Terra & Cloud would be inside the game! ^ ^ Gotta love Kefka on that picture, he is like the only villain to have a perfect 'evil' smile! Cloud still wears his SOLDIER uniform and had a Buster Sword for a weapon, and Terra looks hawt but her emotions looks kinda sad. It's kinda interesting that each of their background colours behind, came from the colours of each of the Final Fantasy logos they belong to. Way to go, TsukiOkami! You're the best! Can't wait for their in game appearances.

Apparently, this person from another forum decided to place all the characters' pics into one whole picture.

Oh and that's right, Benwj, Exdeath is originally a tree, but after the Earth Crystal is shattered, he is released from his seal, according to the FF V storyline, 500 years prior to the main storyline, the said tree was used to seal the soul of the evil necromancer Enuo and it was eventually turned into a dark creature with a life of it's own, which would known as 'Exdeath'.

Isn't that Rydia from FF4?

Anyway, most of the character designs are based off the Amano artwork versions. So yeah.
