(1) I saw the style I want, but I want to change colour, is that possible?
ANS: Yes. Please provide a picture of the colour you want, it would be best to find a wig on KuCos shop for colour reference. Do not follow the colour chart on the website. Add 20RMB for colour change for some wigs.

(2) I saw the style I want, but I want the wig to be longer, is that possible?
(3) I cannot find the exact style that I want, what should I do?
ANS: We can customize for you. Send in clear pictures(front and back and side if possible).

(4) How do I go about ordering?
ANS: Exact procedure as any other Taobao Order.

Hi everyone,

I'm here to announce that I (哈尔君)am now the official agents of the following doll item stores on Taobao:

As the official agent, I have finally decided to get my lazy ass moving. =D

Here's the deal. I will conduct a 3 in 1 batch order approximately once every two months. Yes, you heard it right. You can order from any of the three stores mentioned above.

They will be shipped separately from each individual stores to me and I distribute through either mail/collection. =3 For mail, it will be registered and you will pay for it. I don't want your items to go missing on the way. T_T

For collections, we will work out something convenient for both you and me (though mass meet up will be arranged and preferred). If you are appointing someone to collect for you, both the collector and the actual buyer have to inform me. ^^

You can choose to collect all your items when you have arrived from all 3 stores or you can collect those that have arrived first (ONLY IF THE NEXT PARCEL WOULD BE MORE THAN 10 DAYS LATER).

(You can continue to do separate orders outside of my batch order of course!)

Depending on your item. If it's ready made ones, then you can receive around mid-Jan.

Send in your order form and I will calculate for you. But for a 18RMB item, I doubt the shipping is worth it. =A= You have to remember we are doing international individual shippings...>.<
