Thumbs up Kaleidoscope 2008

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I'm here to officially announce the upcoming digital art showcase Kaleidoscope!
For those who do not know about the event, it was held last year at Suntec City. You can find out more about it via this link: http://textfiend.net/zerohero/?p=520

This year's Kaleidoscope will be held at Funan Centre, and traditionally, though it started out with the concept of showcasing anime artwork, we plan to go beyond just showing anime-based work and wish to showcase other forms of digital art as well. All artists local and regional are invited to submit their artworks to be displayed on the day of the exhibition. There will be both amatuer artworks as well as artworks from proffesional studios on display during the event.

The deadline for the artwork submission will be 15th Sept 2008. Those who are interested in showcasing their work, whether its digital art, traditional art, or even 3D Models, please send me a PM or email me at hyukevainmk3@hotmail.com .

I sincerely hope that everyone will be able to support and contribute to this event! For those who are interested, we require the artwork to be a 300 dpi JPG file. Anyone who has questions or queries, please feel free to PM me or to send me an e-mail. I look forward to your contributions.

Hello there,
If by traditional you mean its not done on a computer, then I think you gotta scan it and send it in a digital format.

Hi there!
If you have traditional art that is A3 size, then I would be happy to collect it from you, and you can have it abck after the exhibition. However, if it is any other size, I'm afraid it would be a little difficult, and I would recommend you select other art pieces you may have.

Hi there.

If its A4, then I recommend you scan it as a 300dpi file so that it will look good when we expand it to A3.

As for sizes bigger than A3, Aliensama said it right. It would be difficult for us.
