It’s official: Deco*27’s Mozaik Role, the Vocaloid song that has been hinted at to be featured in Megpoid the Music#, has finally been announced to be part of the PSP rhythm game’s music line-up alongside Jinsei Reset Button (人生リセットボタン) from Vocaloid producer Kemu, this week’s Weekly Famitsu magazine reveals.

Apart from the two songs, the Famitsu magazine feature also announces the participation of one additional illustrator, akka (not listed in the original list of participating illustrators), who’s one of two artists involved in creating the PV or music video for Mozaik Role (モザイクロール) that you see above.

In Megpoid the Music# akka has put together a new piece of illustration for Mozaik Role:

Finally, in Famitsu’s article a new costume for Megpoid the Music♯ star Vocaloid Gumi, Idol Princess, was also introduced. Unfortunately the full-body portrait of Gumi that shows off the new Idol Princess look is cut-off in the image above, so you can’t really tell how it looks like exactly.

But since Weekly Famitsu magazine typically goes in sale on Japanese newsstands on a Thursday, I’m guessing we won’t have to wait too long before official images of Gumi’s Idol Princess costume surface on the Net. Do pick up a copy of Weekly Famitsu, if you have the chance to, for all the full details.

Megpoid the Music♯ (read as “Megpoid the Music Sharp”) for the PSP comes out in Japan on March 28, 2013. The game’s limited edition comes with Petanko Mini and Puchikko Mini Gumi character figures.
