The Hyperdimension Neptunia series has built a steady fanbase ever since it launched on the PS3 in 2010. Now, Neptune and the other goddesses enter the idol world as the RPG series steps onto the Vita.

The latest issue of Dengeki Playstation has revealed the newest entry in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, titled “Hyperdimension Idol Neptunia PP” (Kami Jigen Idol Neptune PP). The game is scheduled to be released for the PS Vita on 20 June. There will be a limited edition package for 8,379 yen, whereas the regular edition will cost 6,279 yen and the downloadable version will cost 5,300 yen.

Unfortunately, there isn’t any more information than that, but there is this two-page splash from the magazine:

Along with an adorable picture of Neptune in a frilly dress, there is the tag line, “Song is power!” and a notice that further information will be revealed at Dengeki’s Thanksgiving Festival, which will take place on March 17 and 18 (when Gust will also reveal the next Atelier game).

In addition to this newly announced game, Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory will be released in North America and Europe next week, and the anime will air in Japan this summer, making this a busy year for the franchise.
