Vocaloid users and fans, have you wondered how would Vocaloids look like, when they are design by Chinese artists?

Earlier this year, Vocaloid China, the official Vocaloid site in China, holds the second illustration contest for their new Vocaloid characters between March 25th to April 31st. 15 illustrations have been selected (based on the voting results earlier this month) from hundreds of  entries on their official site. Though the voting has ended, there’s no stopping you fans for picking and choosing your own favourites, right? Feast your eyes on the 15 pretty and cute candidates.

The Grand Prix winner and official design based on it will be announced later this month. Fans, can you guess which will be the winning design?

The first illustration contest was held in January 2012 and the grand prize went to 15 years old Vocaloid 雅音宫羽/Yayin Gongyu drawn by MOTH. The top 5 characters that were selected were featured in various Chinese Vocaloid products and PVs including the five episodes mini anime series.
