Jojo All-Star Battle PV airs in Shinjuku to the delight of the people; additional game cast announced
As people gathered in an area of Shinjuku in Tokyo, loud cheers are heard. Why? It’s simple – in a large screen in front of countless fans, the latest PV for the much anticipated fighting game, ‘Jojo All-Star Battle’ was aired. People were cheering for every character, every move, every scene. Saying that they are excited for the game’s release would be an understatement. Beloved characters from the original manga were shown in the PV and the crowd just loved it! The crowd started cheering the moment the Bandai Namco logo flashed.
Also announced in the PV video are the voice actors for some of the characters.
Voicing Bruno Bucciarati will be Noriaki Sugiyama. He is known for being the voices of Sasuke Uchiha from ‘Naruto‘, Shiro Emiya from ‘Fate/ Stay Night‘ and Uryu Ishida from ‘Bleach‘.
Voicing Narancia Ghirga will be will be Yuuko Sanpei. She is known for voicing Alexander Nikolaevich Hell from ‘Seikon no Qwaser‘ and Hidenori Tabata from ‘The Daily Lives of High School Boys‘
Voicing Diavolo will be Toshiyuki Morikawa. He is known for voicing Ugo from ‘Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic‘ and Shagia Frost from ‘After War Gundam X‘.
Finally, voicing Doppio will be Akira Ishida. He has provided the voices of Athrun Zala from ‘Mobile Suit Gundam SEED‘ and Chrono from ‘Chrono Crusade’.
Also, the official website for the video game is now open. The video game will be released August 29, 2013 in Japan for the PlayStation 3. It is produced by Bandai Namco Games and is based on the original manga series by Hirohiko Araki. The manga was serialized in Shonen Jump! from 1987-2004 and is Shueisha’s second longest running series.
