Are you thinking of getting the PlayStation 4 and are hoping for a graphically impressive horror game? Then you may want to see a teaser video for this game from Zombie Studios. The American game developer Zombie Studios has announced the game Daylight for the PC and Sony’s upcoming system, the PS4. Daylight is a first-person action game that begins in a dark, abandoned hospital where the only light source is your cell phone. As you try to escape the institution, you discover the hospital’s dark past. To get a feel of this game, you can watch this teaser video:
The game will feature a story and voice acting by the TV host Jessica Chobot, who has appeared on IGN and Xbox Live. Among the distinguishing features of the game is the use of procedural level generation, which means levels are randomly generated as you play, and the game will be different every time you play.
The PS4 version of Daylight will take advantage of the console’s specs along with the Unreal Engine 4 to create horrifyingly realistic graphics. In addition, the game will use the PS4’s share feature so you can stream a video of you playing, and it will even use the PlayStation Eye to randomly take embarassing shots of you whenever you’re scared. Fortunately, you’ll be able to choose whether to upload them on the Internet.
Daylight is scheduled to be released early next year. Along with this horror game, Zombie Studios is working on the free-to-play first-person shooter Blacklight Retribution, also for the PC and PS4. Are you glad to see more games coming to the PS4?
