attack on titan experience zone

Anime Festival Asia 2013 (AFASG) is happening this week in Singapore from Friday to Sunday (November 8 to 10) at the Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre, and the organisers have prepared an entire slew of attractions for fans of the Attack on Titan anime series.

For starters, the world’s only 1:1 scale Titan Head statue will be displayed at the Shingeki No Kyojin Experience Zone at AFA13 on all days, alongside an anime photo wall at the Special Photo Taking Zone within.

Exclusive Attack on Titan manga and merchandise will also be on sale — but only while stocks last, so make sure to go down to AFASG early on Friday or Saturday to grab these goodies.

On Sunday, there’s something else planned for Attack on Titan fans as well.

yui ishikawaVoice actress Yui Ishikawa, who voices Mikasa Ackerman in the anime series, will be here in town for AFASG 2013 along with the Attack on Titan anime series’s creative team — director Tetsuro Araki, character designer Kyoji Asano, producer George Wada, and animation producer Tetsuya Nakatake.

The Attack on Titan creative team and Yui Ishikawa will be at the AFA13 Main Stage on Sunday, November 10, at 11AM for a Featured Anime Showcase: Attack on Titan panel discussion.

This may be your only chance to meet them in person — so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
