Converse has been known for their quality sneakers since 1908 and they are teaming up once again with Hirohiko Araki’s ever-so-fabulous manga and anime series, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure to create a new sneaker inspired by the series’ third part, Stardust Crusaders.
Part III Main protagonist Jotaro Kujo and his stand, Star Platinum are are featured in the sneakers’ insoles while his signature handmark is seen in the sneaker’s side. A star-shaped top eyelet hole is also part of the shoe’s Jojo appeal.
These special Converse All Star Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure sneakers are a variant of Chuck Taylor’s classic and best selling sneaker design. Pre-orders for these sneakers will begin June 15, 2014 and will be sold for 11,000 yen per pair via the 2PMWORKS official website. This will be the second collaboration between the series and Converse as the two have collaborated before for some Phantom Blood Chuck Taylors.
