GameStart 2014

There are tons of exciting activities at the largest booth in GameStart 2014, happening at Suntec City (Hall 403, Level 4). With the presence of developers introducing their latest titles, intense game competitions and impressive premiums and offers, the PlayStation booth is surely one you shouldn’t miss.

PlayStation’s 250 metre area will exhibit PS3 and PS4 games, have its own PS Vita area and a large gaming arena for tournaments. Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited’s Singapore branch will also demonstrate 30 upcoming games for the three consoles. Gamers shall experience playing these titles for the first time including the following PS4 exclusives:

  • The Order: 1886
  • Bloodborne
  • LittleBigPlanet 3
  • Drive Club

VIP Schedules:

October 25 (Sat)

  • Ultra Street Fighter IV Stage Challenge (3:00 to 3:45 p.m.).
    • Yoshinori Ono (Street Fighter series producer). Ono will introduce Ultra Street Fighter IV: Omega mode. Stand a chance to win prizes from the Street Fighter series producer.
    • Daigo “The Beast” Umehara (Top Street Fighter player). Daigo will choose his opponent for the Ultra Street Fighter IV Challenge. The player who beats Daigo will win a PS4.
  • Freedom Wars Stage Event (4:15 to 5:00 p.m.)
    • Junichi Yoshizawa (WWS JAPAN Studio producer).

October 26 (Sun)

  • Bloodborne Stage Event (2:00 to 3:00 p.m.)
    • Masaaki Yamagiwa (WWS JAPAN Studio producer)

Competitions

  • DRIVECLUB Competition
    • On-the-spot registration starts at 3:00 p.m. on Oct. 25 and 1:00 p.m. on Oct. 26. This is to be held at the PS4 Arena.
  • Guilty Gear XRD 3V3 Team Tournament.

 

Special premiums shall be given away to the people who will try Bloodborne, DRIVECLUB, Freedom Wars, The Last of Us Remastered and The Evil Within. For active PlayStation Plus members, present your active membership or the receipt of PS Plus card bought in GameStart 2014 to get the PSN Fan or PSN USB Hub. Both are on a first come first served basis.

The PlayStation booth will also have a trade-in programme, sales offers (where you get items or games at a lower price) as well as early bird giveaways.
