Frieza confirmed for new Dragon Ball Z: Fukatsu no F movie
A new key visual for the upcoming 2015 Dragon Ball movie, now titled Fukatsu no F, has finally been unveiled and it not only features DBZ mainstays like Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Krillin, but also god of destruction Bills. The visual has also unveiled an opponent both Goku and Bills are all too familiar with – Frieza along with a couple of his henchmen who are still alive.
The new key visual was unveiled in the January 2015 issue of V-Jump Magazine, which also announced that the movie will be released in both 2D and 3D in Japanese cinemas starting April 18, 2015.
The word Fukatsu means resurrection in japanese, and according to Dragon Ball manga creator Akira Toriyama, the “F” in the movie actually stands for Frieza, which means that the planet destroying monster who always brags about his “final form” will get revived in this movie.
The magazine also unveiled that his two surviving henchmen, Sorbet and Tamago, will be trying to gather Dragon Balls in order to resurrect their master. Well, based on the title alone, I guess we already have an idea where this is going…
