Each day starting today, one chapter from the manga will be released. The anime on the other hand will only be released twice a week, which is every Monday and Thursday. Called the NARUTO-ナルト- app, it is now available for free via iTunes and Google Play. This is an official app, so every time you read a manga using this app, it would be legal and worry free.

To also celebrate the official end of Naruto, the Shounen Jump app will also be releasing the magazine’s original issue #43 from 1999. This issue of Jump not only contains Naruto’s debut issue (chapter 1), but also other Shounen Jump! classic manga chapters which were released along with Naruto like One Piece, Hikaru no Go, Prince of Tennis, Shaman King, and many others. The issue will be available via the Shounen Jump! app for free for a limited time until November 23, 2014.
