The anime adaptation for Kazune Kawahara and Aruko’s beloved romance manga series, My Love Story!, or Ore Monogatari!, has captured the hearts of many around the world. But before the series has reached worldwide acclaim, the series’ two main characters, Takeo Gouda and Rinko Yamato, teamed up with Hirohiko Araki’s Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure back in late 2013 to promote the release of Jojolion.

The lovable gentle giant, Takeo, cosplayed Jojolion main character, Josuke Higashikata, while his beloved Yamato cosplayed Yasuho Hirose. The crossover images were displayed in the Shueisha Building while the Shibuya Parco displayed some of the crossover posters.

The two series are both published and serialized by Shueisha, which is also responsible for other popular manga series like Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, and Nisekoi. In fact, Ore Monogatari previously had a crossover manga with Naoshi Komi’s Nisekoi manga.
