Love Live! is getting a follow-up series called Love Live! Sunshine, and the latest issue of Dengeki G’s Magazine once again showcases the nine new school idols who form the group known as Aquors.

The magazine features all nine Aquors members in their first costume, which will of course be for their first ever single. The intro page (above) features the three girls who many fans believe will be the group’s equivalent of the 2nd year trio of Honoka, Umi, and Kotori, and they are Riko Sakurauchi, You Watanabe, and Chika Takami, who many say is the second coming of Honoka.

Most importantly however, is that the magazine also previews the jacket for Aquors’ very own debut single, which is scheduled form release on October 7, 2015. It features all nine members, Riko Sakurauchi, You Watanabe, Chika Takami, Kanan Matsuura, Dia Kurosawa, Yoshiko Tsushima, Hanamaru Kunikida, Ruby Kurosawa, and Mari Ohara wearing those outfits featured above.

The name Aquors won by majority vote during an official election held by Dengeki G’s Magazine to determine the group’s official name. Aquors is actually is a combination of Aqua (as they come from a seaside town) and Ours. A total of 23,789 votes were cast and the name Aquours was chosen as it got a total of 4,644 votes.

Will they and Love Live! Sunshine live up to Muse and the original Love Live! series? Only time will tell, but expect fans to be excited about their debut!
