After the success of Sword Art Online: Infinity Moment, Hollow Fragment, and Lost Song, Bandai Namco Games has announced a fourth addition to the franchise during the Tokyo Game Show, which has tentatively been titled Sword Art Online IV, or SAO IV.
SAO IV will take place after the events of Sword Art Online: Lost Song, a game based on Alheim Online, however, they did not mention whether it will be an SAO game, an ALO game, or even a GGO game. More details on this new game will be announced during the Dengeki Bunko Fall Festival 2015 event, and who knows? Maybe this one will be a GGO game and mixes third person shooters with RPGs?
Meanwhile, Kuroyukihime from Accel World, which is another one of SAO-creator, Reki Kawahara’s light novels, has finally joined SAO: Lost Song as a playable character. She was added to the game during the May 2015 update but was not playable until now.
A PS4 release as well as a western release for Sword Art Online: Lost Song has also been confirmed
