Because of the latest Haze around South East Asia, the organizers of the Eir Aoi WORLD TOUR 2015- ROCK THE WORLD!!- in Singapore, as well as all parties involved, have announced that the concert will be postponed until further notice as this was supposed to be an outdoor concert and the haze will cause concern not only for the audience, but Eir Aoi as well.
It is with great regret, we have to inform our fans that due to the escalating haze situation in Singapore, all parties involved in the running of the “outdoor” concert at the The Coliseum™, Hard Rock Hotel® Singapore, Resorts World™ Sentosa, SOZO Pte Ltd, and Sony Music Labels Inc, have come to a consensus to postpone the “Outdoor” concert. This is due to our growing concerns for the health of both Eir Aoi and the fans attending the concert. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We are now currently discussing with our partners on what is the next best available date for the concert. All tickets purchased for the Oct 3rd date will still be valid for the alternate date. Once the new date has been decided, the announcement will be made shortly.
Those who cannot make it for the new date, you may claim a full refund from SISTIC.
Requests for a refund MUST be made within one month of the new date’s notice to avoid administration fees.

For purchases made by credit cards, it would be automatically credited to the same card. If such credit card accounts are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.
Tickets purchased using payments other than credit cards shall be refunded in cash and refunds will have to be made at the SISTIC Main Office located at 10 Eunos Road 8, #03-04, Singapore Post Centre, Singapore 408600 (accessible via Singapore Post Corporate Office Lift Lobby on level 2) during the normal operating hours of our Main Office. Ticket Holders will have to produce the full stub of the original tickets in good condition to claim refunds, as well as their NRIC/passport/FIN card.
The identity of the person receiving the refunds may be recorded by SISTIC’s Customer Service Officers.

In a reply to a comment made on the post, the organizers apologized as the haze has affected not only the environment.
We sincerely apologise for this, as the Haze situation has escalated within the last week in Singapore. We had hope for a downturn on the Haze levels, as it had dropped last weekend, however since Monday the level has gone up and has stayed up till today. Postponing the show is our last resort, but we decided that we need to announce it as soon as we can come to a consensus internally. It is better to do it now, than on the day itself.
