Sega’s sequel to their successful Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax light novel crossover fighting game, Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Ignition, will finally be hitting home consoles this December 17, 2015 in Japan, and the game’s staff, together with a few cosplayers dressing up as Kuroko Shirai, Tatsuya Shiba, Taiga Aisaka, and Emi Yuusa, have previewed the game in a special one-and-a-half hour program.

The matches played between the staff and cosplayers include Emi Yuusa taking on Asuna, Taiga taking on Tatsuya, and Kuroko taking on her beloved Onee-sama, Mikoto Misaka.

Scheduled for release on December 17, 2015, the home console versions for Dengeki Bunko Fighting Climax Ignition will be available for the PlayStation Vita, PlayStation 3 and the PlayStation 4. It will feature additional fighters such as Tatsuya Shiba from The Irregular at Magic High School, Emilia the Hero/ Emi Yuusa from The Devil is a Part-timer, and Quenser Barbotage from Heavy Object and Kuroko Shirai from A Certain series.

Aside from the new characters, this sequel game will feature a better balance between the characters as French Bread and Ecole will be tweaking the game while also adding a few new features, which were not available in the original release. Though the original game was eventually released for home consoles as well as getting an English localization, no word yet whether this sequel game will also also be getting an English version.
