The official Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress twitter page previously posted several teasers of a life-size statue of the anime’s female protagonist, Mumei, however, that statue was still unpainted. Now, the twitter page has tweeted new images of the life-size Mumei statue, and now, it’s finally painted!

Voice actress, Sayaka Senbongi, who voiced Mumei, was present on the first day of the joint exhibition between Kabaneri of the Orin Fortress and the baseball anime, Battery, and she even helped out in the unveiling of the completed statue.

The life-size statue of Mumei is actually part of the noitamina shop and cafe’s joint exhibition between baseball anime, Battery, and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. The statue itself is based on the design made by Haruhiko Mikimoto, the original character designer for the series, who also supervised the creation of the statue.

The exhibition is currently being held at the noitamina shop and cafe.
