2017 is beginning to sound like a huge year for the Fate series. Not only is Fate/Grand Order as popular as ever, but they are also animating the Heaven’s Feel route into a ufotable-animated movie, and there are also two new TV anime in Fate/EXTRA Last Encore and Fate/Apocrypha. Now, Type-Moon has released a new video introducing this year’s upcoming Fate projects.
The half-hour video features Demon Archer (Oda Nobunaga), Sakura Saber (Okita Souji), and Rider (Medusa) doing the introductions for the various 2017 Fate projects. Aside from the new projects, they also talked about previous projects like Unlimited Bladeworks (TV) and the Fate/ Grand Order TV special. And yes, they made fun of the fact that Saber has too many versions!
Heaven’s Feel will be a trilogy, with the first part premiering sometime in 2017. As for both the Fate/Extra and Fate/ Apocrypha TV anime, both will also be premiering sometime this year.
