Bandai Namco Asia, together with Twitch, are bringing together Tekken fans around the world with the Tekken World Tour! They will also be hitting Southeast Asia, with tournaments broadcast via Twitch!

Twitch will manage TEKKEN 7 league operations, circuit events, and content on a global scale. The goal of the partnership is for Twitch to work alongside BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment to build the community and infrastructure to sustain long-term growth of the historic fighting game franchise.

For Southeast Asia, it will kick-off this July in Thailand. Here’s the Southeast Asian schedule:

  • Bangkok, Thailand: Thaiger Uppercut (July 1-2, 2017)
  • Manila, Philippines: REV Major (July 8-9, 2017)
  • Jakarta, Indonesia: Aboget Cup (July 29-30, 2017)
  • Singapore: South East Asia Major (October 13-15, 2017)

They will also stop by areas in the EU, United States, and of course, Japan. Participants will be able to register to compete through each partnered event’s registration pages. The season, which will culminate in November 2017, will have a total global prize pool of more than $200,000 USD. All tournaments will be broadcast exclusively on
