The live-action Fullmetal Alchemist film is about to premiere this December, and the staff just hyped it up further as they released the movie’s new poster visual. It features the live-action versions of some of the FMA characters we all know and love, such as Edward, Alphonse, Roy, Riza, Winry, and many more. Hey, it even has three of the Homunculi in Lust, Envy, and Gluttony!

The movie is based on the hit manga by Hiromu Arakawa, and it will follow Edward Elric, played by Ryousuke Yamada, and his brother Alphonse. It also stars Tsubasa Honda as Winry Rockbell, while Dean Fujioka plays Roy Mustang. As for Alphonse, he will be a completely CGI character. The film is directed by live-action Ping Pong film director, Fumihiko Sori, and was previously filmed in Italy.

And when the movie premieres on December 1, several participating movie theaters will be distributing a special Fullmetal Alchemist manga written and illustrated by FMA and Silver Spoon creator, Hiromi Arakawa!
