Good news Gintama fans in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia, because the upcoming Southeast Asian edition for the upcoming Gintama Rumble video game will be released on the very same day as Japan! The Japanese edition will be released on January 18, and it just so happens that the region is also getting the game released on that same day. Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has even released an English trailer for the region:

The Southeast Asian edition of Gintama Rumble will feature Japanese audio with English texts, much like the trailer. Japanese band, SPYAIR, which is responsible for several Gintama theme songs, is also performing the game’s own theme, “Scramble.” They also left a special message for fans in a new English-subtitled video:

The Musuo-style game recently announced Tsukuyo and Kamui as playable characters. Other characters, such as Yoruzuya members like Gintoki, Shinpachi, and Kagura, as well as Katsura, have previously been confirmed as playable characters.
