The late Robin Williams is certainly one of the greatest comedians in history. His tragic suicide has left many fans mourning, proving that those who bring smiles to other people are also the saddest. He’s also quite the collector, as he collects robots and a myriad of action figures. His daughter, Zelda Williams (who he named after the video game character who is NOT LINK), recently reached out to fans concerning his collection.

Well, at least we know she knows about Appleseed’s Knute (and The Legend of Zelda of course). Here, she features a few mechs from classic mecha franchises like Scopedogs from VOTOMS, Orguss from The Super Dimension Century Orguss, Gerwalk Nikick from The Super Dimension Century Orguss, and Billbine from Aura Battler Dunbine.

She also showed off her fathers other collections, including an Imperial Reaver-Class Titan from Warhammer 40,000, which she called a “Guy Fieri bot”. She says that her father is a huge Warhammer 40,000 fan, and from the looks of things, he’s with the Space Marine (personally, I side with the Imperial Guard, but what the heck, For the Emperor!).

Unfortunately (or fortunately), the Williams family intends to sell Robin Williams’ collections. They have about two storage units worth of his collections, and when they sell them, the proceeds will go to charity.

Robin Williams himself is also quite an anime fan. In fact, he loves Neon Genesis Evangelion and Appleseed. He even featured some of his own figures in the movie, One Hour Photo.
