My Hero Academia is currently one of the hottest manga and anime titles today. Its huge fandom range from normal everyday viewers to celebrities to other mangaka like Black Butler’s Yana Toboso. And now, fans can finally interact with its mangaka! This is because mangaka Kouhei Horikoshi will be holding a special Q&A session on twitter. This is all to promote the upcoming My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: Futari no Hero film.
Fans can use the hashtag “#堀越耕平先生に聞いてみよう” (#Let’s Ask Kouhei Horikoshi-sensei) to ask the mangaka some questions. However, they must tweet out their questions on or before midnight, Japanese Standard Time, on June 5, 2018.
And because this is the internet, which means a few trolls might include a few troll questions, Horikoshi will be selecting the questions he will answer. Comic Natalie’s Power Push page will then post the answers, along with their respective questions.
The movie’s story will be taking place after the Final Exam Arc, around the same time during the Forest Training Arc.” They also revealed that it will take the UA students in an overseas trip on a man-made floating city called “I Island.”
As for its Japanese release, the anime’s staff confirmed it will premiere on August 3, 2018. They previously revealed that it will have an original story not found in Kouhei Horikoshi’s original manga. In fact, the mangaka himself is writing the story. BONES will once again be animating the project, with Kenji Nagasaki directing it.
