DiverCity Tokyo may be known for being the mall with the life-size Unicorn Gundam, but recently, Dragon Ball made a little invasion. The mall is recently featuring an exhibition of life-size Dragon Ball statues to promote the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. It features statues of Goku, Vegeta, and Broly. However, the biggest surprise may be the life-size statue of Frieza… which can actually talk!

The life-size talking Frieza statue’s lips don’t just move, but its tail can also be seen twitching as he talks. Well, Frieza is supposed to be a bit creepy, so it works. The statue itself is actually called Frieza Robotics, and it actually made its debut back in 2016 for Dragon ball’s 30th anniversary celebrations. Here are other images from the exhibition:

While Dragon Ball Super: Broly will be making its premiere on December 14, 2018, this exhibition won’t last for long. Unfortunately, DiverCity Tokyo will only feature these life-size Dragon Ball statues until 2nd September. Well, at least we all know DiverCity will always have the Unicorn Gundam and Gundam Base…
