Attack on Titan Season 3 may be a 2-cour anime, but it seems that they’re dividing it mid-season. NHK announced that part 1 of the anime has now ended, and it will continue on to part 2… in April 2019. They also unveiled a new key visual for this second part of Season 3:

NHK, which airs the anime, revealed that the series will return with Episode 50. They previously delayed Part 1’s final episodes because of Typhoon Trami. They were supposed to to air the final two on October 1 and 8 respectively, but the typhoon forced them to delay.

As of writing, the staff haven’t revealed any further details, such as exact release date of Part 2. However, do stay tuned here at SGCafe for more announcements on Attack on Titan.

The typhoon has severely affected many lives in the Kanto region, as it forced many to evacuate their homes. We sincerely hope for the safety of those who live in the affected areas. Stay safe everyone!
