Well, it looks like the Unites States’ National Rifle Association might be happy with a new anime that was announced. This is because Weekly Young Jump magazine has revealed that Akki Sarumi’s Rifle is Beautiful manga is getting an anime adaptation.
The manga follows Hikari Kokura, a freshman high school girl who is interested in guns. She wants to join her school’s shooting club, but later learns they’ve shut it down. And now, she must work hard to revive it. ‘Murica! Oh, wait… Japan actually has strict gun laws and zero school shootings.
Unfortunately, Weekly Young Jump didn’t reveal any further details about the anime. They also didn’t reveal its format, so we don’t know if it will be a movie, a TV anime, a net series, or an OVA. However, do expect the staff to reveal more details in the days to come. ‘Murica!
