Renowned EDM producer Skrillex is a long-time Kingdom Hearts fan, and he finally gets his chance to work on his favorite game. And this time, he is teaming up with long-time Kingdom Hearts theme-song singer, Hikaru Utada for the Kingdom Hearts III game’s theme song.

The two will be teaming up for one of the game’s songs, which is titled  “Face My Fears”. Initially, Hikaru Utada wanted a Skrillex remix of the game’s other theme song, “Chikai”. However, as a huge Kingdom Hearts fan, Skrillex said that he wanted something entirely new for the game. And that is how they came up with “Face My Fears”.

And much like”Chikai”, it will also have both a Japanese and an English version. Utada Hikaru will be releasing the singles for both songs (in both versions)  on January 18, 2018, a week before Kingdom Hearts III’s release.

As for the game itself, Square Enix previously revealed that they will be releasing the game for Japan and Asia on January 25, 2019, before releasing it for North America and Europe on January 29, 2019. The game will be available for both the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox ONE consoles.
