Kerberos, also known as Kero-chan, has been Cardcaptor Sakura’s lovable mascot for over 20 years now. And for the upcoming Card Captor Sakura exhibition, they’re adding one really large version of him. And not only that, but visitors can get their pictures taken with it as well!
People can find the giant Kerberos inside the exhibition’s “Flower Room”. And speaking of that room, visitors can also get their own “flower seals” and stick it on the walls.
And like most manga exhibitions, it will also have an area dedicated to the series’ original artworks. Called the Original Art Zone, it will feature around 200 pieces of artworks by creator CLAMP, some of which are unique to the exhibition itself.
Several characters will also serve as a voice guide to visitors as well. The first half of the exhibition will feature Sakura Kinomoto, Syaoran Li, and Kero-chan, while the second half will introduce Yue. And yes, there will be a merchandise store selling exclusive merchandise as well, and also a collaboration cafe too! And finally, they have now launched a special Cardcaptor Sakura-wrapped bus which will travel around Roppongi Hills, where the exhibition will be. It’s now available, and will be running until December 3, 2018.
The Cardcaptor Sakura Exhibition will be running from October 26 to January 3, 2019 at the Mori Arts Center Gallery in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo.
