Last year, they announced that the 4-panel spin-off manga Girlish Anime Shura is getting a TV anime. However, it seems that that anime ain’t gonna happen at all, as the staff announced they have now cancelled its production.

According to the anime’s official announcement, they cancelled the anime due to the company not being able to secure a proper production staff. They also cited concerns about scheduling and the anime’s quality. They then apologized to fans who were looking forward to seeing the anime.

Diomedéa produced the TV anime which follows the seiyuu industry. Its spin-off manga by Shin Ikezawa and Yuu Tsurusaki is supposed to get an anime adaptation, but now that seems it won’t be likely at all.
